King & Spalding promotes Nika Silva to counsel in Abu Dhabi
King & Spalding has promoted 27 lawyers to partner and 17 to counsel. Nika Silva has been promoted to counsel in the firm’s Abu Dhabi office. Silva focuses on structured finance and represents clients in a variety of U.S.-based asset-backed securitisation and structured lending transactions, including 144A issuance platforms and structured private credit. In particular, Silva serves as issuer’s and borrower’s counsel for data center and fintech clients.
